Patrick Farrell joined Psilos in 2007 as its controller. His responsibilities include accounting, internal and external financial reporting and tax preparation, while assisting with the budgeting and operational duties of the firm. He is also responsible for coordinating the annual audits of the Psilos funds.
Prior to Psilos, Mr. Farrell spent four years at JP Morgan Chase, most recently as an assistant vice president in the Private Equity Fund Services Group. In that role, he served as the relationship manager for several private equity fund clients, and was responsible for their accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Farrell also supervised the Cash Management department and specialized in preparing deal fundings and determining currency hedging strategies. Previously, he spent four years as a manager in the Prudential Accounting Operations Group, where his team provided accounting and transactional processing for the company's public securities. Mr. Farrell holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Finance from the University of Scranton.
