In Florida, Caregiver Services places RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Home Health Aides as part of an independent contractor network of more than 6,000 caregivers statewide. Caregiver Services provides assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, incontinence care, light housekeeping, companionship and similar services. It also provides in-home care services for four Tennessee counties and provides temporary staffing solutions for facilities-based settings as well as supplemental staffing for hospice care providers.

Healthcor, Inc. owns and operates the Michigan HMO known as Great Lakes Health Plan, the state's second largest Medicaid Managed Care provider, currently serving nearly 100,000 members. Healthcor was sold to United Health Group in February 2004.

HealthScribe, Inc. provides outsourced medical transcription services to the healthcare industry, relying on the application of its advanced digital technology-based solution to meet its clients' medical records needs. The company has over 150 hospitals and 100 physician offices and other clinics under contract with a production staff of more than 1,000 transcriptionists and proofreaders. The company was sold in December 2004 to Spheris, Inc.

I-trax, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IMTX) is a technology-enabled population health management company whose mission is to provide disease management services supported by an interactive, real-time software system solution. Using Medicive, a robust, comprehensive database, I-trax provides clients with the appropriate tools and information as well as the care coordination needed to execute timely interventions in the health management of defined populations. The Psilos position was successfully exited in 2004.


Navitas Cancer Rehabilitation Centers of America, Inc. (Navitas), headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is the nation's first company to work with the oncology community, patients and payers to integrate cancer rehabilitation services into the treatment plan for each cancer patient. The mission of Navitas is to improve the health and lives of cancer patients and survivors through an evidence-based, integrated program of rehabilitation and supportive services that address the effects of cancer and cancer treatments and deliver on this promise in a healing and caring environment. The Company's first two locations are in Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah.


In March 2008, Psilos III formed and invested in a new company to develop a contemporary health plan focused on the small to mid-sized business vertical.  Subsequent to its formation, the new company acquired HNA Triveris, a 19-year old New Jersey-based company that currently executes about $8 million per year of TPA business for health insurers and self-insured entities.  Concomitant with the acquisition the holding company for the entire business operation was named Triveris, LCC.  In addition to its TPA business, HNA Triveris has developed technology centered on a unique personal health record (ìPHRî) branded as ìHealth Insight Nowôî or referred to as the ìWeb Portalî.  Triveris will also offer to health plans and self-insured employers outsourced medical technology used for the deployment of portable personal health records and the establishment of compliance-driven health benefits.  The Company is also developing a suite of fully-insured products for deployment in key markets throughout the United States.
