Caregiver Services, Inc. (“CSI”) is Florida’s largest provider of in-home assisted living services, where extremely favorable demographic trends offer strong and growing demand. The company’s services include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, transportation, dressing, feeding, incontinence care, light housekeeping, respite, companionship and similar services. With operations in Florida and Tennessee, a majority of CSI’s revenue comes from in-home care services that enable individuals to live independently in their residence. The company also provides temporary staffing services for facilities-based settings (assisted living, skilled nursing and hospitals) and supplemental staffing for hospice care providers.
